Exchange Policy (No Refund Policy)
We offer a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Exchanges Process
The fastest way to get a different item is:

Request an exchange via email

Once approved, send the item to our warehouse

After inspection, we will dispatch your replacement
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may request cancellation within 14 days of delivery.
However, as per our store policy, we provide exchange only, not refunds. The item must remain unused, with tags and original packaging.
Online Payment Policy
For online payments:

Exchange requests must be made within 15 days.

No cash refunds will be issued.

Approved cases will be processed according to our exchange policy only.
